WOW, its true...the older you get the faster time goes by! Nine years ago today 2/26/2000 I had a wonderful date with James Earl King. We went to Las Palmas Mexican restaurant for dinner and then on to a movie The Whole Nine Yards of which he fell asleep in because he was working 7 days a week about 12 hours a day. BUT, he took the time to stop and meet me!

Needless to say, it has been a roller coaster but when the day is done, I am proud that we stuck it out! It has been a hard journey but I know without a doubt that he loves me and that I love him.

He loves Alexander with all his heart and soul and Abigail too... but of course not as much as me...HAHAHA!

He is coming home this weekend from IL and we are gonna spend some quality time together and maybe recreate our date night. He is truly a wonderful man!

Could life get any better than this?

OMG...what a wonderful weekend we had!! Spent the morning with the babies and went to a pancake breakfast for their cousin to support his cub scout troop...forgot to take photo...sorry! Then on for shopping at the store and Goodwill where they got lots more toys!! I picked up a couple fabulous skirts myself!!

Alexanders new ritual at Memaws is his bath and nonuts before bed!! Priceless!Abigail just loves her bathtime...look at her curly hair right after towel drying!!

Took these photos on Saturday night of their little feet...cant even describe the melting of my heart!!

Anyway, then we played and had a wonderful afternoon and night then off to church on Sunday!! What a fabulous service where God showed up in His awesomeness!!! I am SO Glad to have Him in my life!!

Then we went to celebrate Autumns birthday at Monkey Joes. Aunt Kelly had a great time too! This place is a childs dream come true!! I had a blast!!! Alexander wore his little self OUT! Enjoy the photos and until then...Memaw's World gets better and better!!

Weekend fun!

This was a fabulous weekend. Had the babies all weekend. We went out to dinner Friday night with Unlce Don, Aunt Barb and my sister Melissa. Had a great time of fellowship and great food...Go JayBirds!! Then we played and playedAnd Played some more on Saturday and then off to church on Sunday! Went to see Ms. Maxine and Pop on Sunday! I just love my babies!!

26 years ago

This February 16 always brings my memory to my momma who died suddenly in 1983! Life as we knew it would change forever and wondering what would have been different if she were still here. She is still missed and loved and hope to reunite on the other side some day!!
