Country Copperhead

Got home yesterday to mow the grass and had been around this mower for 15 minutes or so...took off and stopped to get a dog chain out of the way (would not have went well with the blades) and turned back to resume and this DEVIL poked his head out and said "come on back and I will bite your butt!"

My son came to the rescue and put this beast out of our misery (then chased me with it). This was the second copperhead to be seen in about 9 years of my living here, the other one was over 6 ft long the day of my back surgery in 2002!

My hubby had told me not to get on 'his mower' (mine is broke) but I didnt listen...he said, "see when you disobey your husband you almost get snake bit"...hahaha!

Random Moments to note!

Since I havent blogged in a while...I have many blessings in my life to note!

Who would have thought so much love could be in such little packages...this is THE greatest love story of my life!!

My beautiful daughter Kelly...spent the day with her Sunday...she is quite the cook and she loves her neice Autumn!

I have the greatest sister on THE PLANET! She is a saint you know...she is being crowned a queen here!

This is my dear friend Brother Dave Rich! He was actually my first pastor many years ago and I have had the privilege of connecting with him after almost 30 years. He is truly a blessing to me!

Its been a while...

Hello there!!! I have not had opportunity to post pictures or write about life in a while so enjoy a few now...

My little angels...precious indeed.Alexander is getting tired of Memaw wanting pictures...he is a mess!!She gets more beautiful by the minute!!This was taken the day before Easter (I think) at Uncle Don's house. This chick was just hatched days before and Alexander did not know what to do with it...he kept throwing it down...thus the reason Uncle Don is holding his hand out to catch...again...cute!

My beautiful sister...my hero...she is a saint you know!!Silly girl...she loves attention!!No, he was not screaming...playing with Memaw's glasses...we were almost rolling in the floor laughing at him...he is too funny!He LOVES his Papa...they were moving the round pen for his horsies!!And last but certainly not least...my handsome hubby!

What a beautiful life!

God is SO GOOD TO ME! Better than I ever deserved!! We took photos on Sunday of the babies and they were SO tired!! Here are some of the BEST ones! I may be a bit biast but I think I have the most BEAUTIFUL grandbabies on the PLANET!!

I am the luckiest and happiest Memaw on the planet too!! Until then...love!
